I sit at the intersection of UX research, product strategy, and systems thinking. I've spent my work life translating ambiguity into structure for students, for builders, and for teams trying to move forward without a clear map.
I believe the best products feel calm, honest, and obvious in hindsight. That's the bar I work toward.
